Tymex Plastics grinds on two different grinders at over 5000 lbs. per hour. We use this grind to lower the costs of our customer's material. We currently work with over 33 different molders to help reclaim their scrap material.

Tymex Plastics has incorporated in-line metal detectors and magnets to produce regrind that is free of metal contamination making the introduction of this plastic back into the molding industry easy.

Blending

Utilizing a 6 item blending system which is capable of batching color, U.V, A.O, mold release, and impact modifiers into our products BEFORE going into the extruder.

Tymex Plastics has just acquired a stainless steel post extrusion blender to better service our customers that require speckled looks, or for customers with granite/sandstone applications.

Tymex Plastics has state of the art pulverizers that are each dedicated to black, natural, color compounds. We also have the capability of pulverizing to any specified mesh size.
